Sink-a-Dink Pickleball Tournament

Our first ever Sink-a-Dink Pickleball Tournament benefiting IDEA Public Schools in Tarrant County will take place on Monday, May 9, 2022, at the brand new Courtside Kitchen in Fort Worth. Join us for pickleball play, raffle, luncheon, awards & more. Whether this is the first time you have heard of pickleball or you play every week, this event is for you.

IDEA Achieve Farm ribbon cutting

IDEA Public Schools Tarrant County will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, May 20 to celebrate the first harvest of its new campus farm at IDEA Achieve. The farm at IDEA Achieve is the first of its kind in Tarrant County, and will provide students with hands-on experience and an increased understanding of where their food comes from. The farm is a key component of IDEA Public Schools mission to become the healthiest school district in the nation.

IDEA Summer Meals

IDEA Public Schools’ Child Nutrition Program will be serving FREE meals during the summer to any child in the community aged 18 years and younger from Tuesday, May 31 through Friday, July 22, whether they are an IDEA student or not. The summer meals will include breakfast and lunch and must be eaten in the cafeteria of any area IDEA campus Monday through Friday. Participating IDEA Tarrant County summer meals campuses include IDEA Achieve, IDEA Edgecliff, IDEA Rise and IDEA Southeast.
