Together, we can build a supportive community that nurtures the growth and success of each student. One of the first chapters of this relationship is each campus’s “Welcome to IDEA” events. What is Welcome to IDEA?
Welcome to IDEA events allow parents, teachers, and administrators to build authentic relationships and begin their work as a team. When the school and family relationship is cultivated and nurtured, students are academically, socially, and emotionally successful in college and beyond. At Welcome to IDEA, we look to provide families with the ultimate onboarding experience to be able to understand the structures and systems within our schools. It is an opportunity to create lasting connections that will support your journey at our campus. Welcome to IDEA is required for all NEW students.
Why is my attendance at Welcome to IDEA important?
Welcome to IDEA provides the opportunity for parents, students, and staff to become familiar with each other and address any needs or concerns. This event provides valuable opportunities to engage with others and gain a deeper understanding of the school’s values and vision. In addition, each Welcome to IDEA event allows your child to meet teachers, talk to the leadership team, and learn about our campus-specific programming and extracurricular programs!
