Theresa Barrera-Shaw is a Retail Management Consultant and Former VP Supplier Administrator at Walmart. Serving as a Corporate Officer from 2001 to 2013 at Walmart Stores Inc., Theresa is a results-focused leader with experience at delivering world-class customer service and cultivating a strong brand image. With many years of experience in working through change management, Theresa believes in workforce and supplier inclusion working together to bring diverse differences into a positive and motivating experience. In 2013, Theresa started a Professional Retail Consulting firm The Barrera Shaw Group.
Theresa obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Corpus Christi State University and a Business Administration and Management Degree from Butler Community College.
