The Winter Break is around the corner, can you believe it? This time of year, brings along so much excitement as we prepare to spend quality time with loved ones and enjoy the holidays.
As we approach the last few weeks of school before the break, it’s important for our scholars to remain consistent and engaged until the final day. Here are 5 reasons why our scholars should be in school leading up to the Winter Break:
1.) Important Learning Still Happens
Whether it is teachers reviewing previous lessons for tests or introducing new concepts, it’s important to stay on track as the learning continues!
2.) Holiday Themed Parties and Festivities
Everyone loves great celebrations! Remaining at school means scholars get to participate in end-of-year parties, holiday themed creative activities, and so much more!
3.) Continued Connection with Friends
Being on campus gives students the opportunity to participate in group activities and make end-of-year memories together.
4.) Consistent and Steady Routine
Strong attendance maintains healthy sleep, study habits, and social connections. This makes for a smoother transition once school begins post break.
5.) Build Strong Habits for January
Finishing out the semester strong sets up scholars for success in the new year.
Remember, classes are still in session! Our classrooms are filled with joyful learning, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Education is a gift and it shows in every lesson plan. It’s important for scholars to stay engaged leading up to the Winter break. Let’s finish off the year strong and prepare for another year of academic excellence!
