Alumni engagement matters to me because I believe that when we actively foster a community of care, support, and commitment to one another, we open doors to opportunity across our entire network—no matter where we came from, where we are in our lives, or where we wish to go. The strongest asset that IDEA alumni have is each other. By building a culture where alumni can connect, we can create pathways to mentorship, career mobility, and shared success.
