Move This World provides social emotional learning (SEL) training with the use of interactive videos, movement, and creative expression to help students, educators, and families develop emotional intelligence skills for long-term well-being. Schools implement Move This World’s SEL curriculum seamlessly into their day with short evidence-based videos that introduce a common language and methods for expressing emotion. Move This World’s SEL programs lead to deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, effective communication, and a culture of safety and support. 

To support our students’ social emotional needs and mental health, we are using a video-based social emotional learning (SEL) curriculum from Move This World. Move This World’s SEL curriculum is implemented into our schedule with short evidence-based videos that introduce a common language and methods for expressing emotion.  

Move This World’s SEL programs lead to deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, effective communication, and a culture of safety and support. We are excited to share that you can now access this helpful curriculum at home! 

Social emotional learning is how students learn to process and manage emotions as well as important social skills. It includes everything from goal setting to stress management, and it provides both children and adults with tools they can use to express themselves authentically and safely. SEL helps students build healthy relationships, communicate effectively, and live a meaningful life.
