Our story started in the year 2000 when IDEA (Individuals Dedicated to Excellence and Achievement) began as a small but determined charter in Donna, Texas. What started as a bold vision to prove that College for All was possible has grown into a network of 145 campuses serving more than 88,000 students across Texas and our affiliates.
As we reflect on this milestone year, we’re looking back at the people, places, and moments that have shaped our journey. Our Child Nutrition Program (CNP) teams provide scholars with free and nutritious meals, so they are fueled for success every day.

Our 11 campus CNP farms across Texas grow fresh fruits and vegetables for our cafeteria with the helping hands of our scholars.

These programs build confidence and give scholars ways to express themselves, lead, compete, and shine.
