Stacy Eng is a globally seasoned executive in Human Resources and a passionate
advocate for education and workforce development. Stacy’s careers span over two
decades leading talent management function, corporate universities, and HR digital
transformation in Fortune 100 companies. Stacy has held senior leadership roles at
Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, American Express, and most
recently Chevron, where she served as Chief Learning & Talent Officer.
Stacy has led global initiatives that integrated artificial intelligence and digital platforms
with people strategy to attract, recruit and develop talent across the enterprise. In her
corporate experience, Stacy sponsored talent programs reaching hundreds of
thousands of employees worldwide in over 60 countries, across Americas, Europe and
Asia. Today, she advises boards and executive teams on HR’s evolving role in AI
transformation, talent upskilling, and leader-led change to prepare organizations for the
future of work.
Stacy’s commitment to education is deeply personal. As an immigrant and first-generation college graduate, she is a product of the public school system. She is also a
proud parent of a Texas Longhorn at The University of Texas at Austin. She has served
as corporate sponsor in community workforce development, mentored early-career and
leadership talent, and championed job-readiness programs to prepare underserved
communities for high-growth industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Binghamton University, a
Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Human Resources from The New School for
Social Research, and a Doctorate in Adult and Continuing Education from Teachers
College Columbia University. A world traveler and leisure writer in personal life, Stacy
currently lives with her family in the greater Houston area
