Juanette Green earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and her Master of Arts in Teaching from North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University. She then returned to UNCG to receive her post master's certification in School Administration.
Rodrigo Wong began his journey with IDEA nearly 20 years ago as a Saturday tutor at IDEA Donna before becoming a teacher, an Assistant Principal, and Principal in Residence. He later played a key role in launching IDEA El Paso, where his leadership helped the region earn its first A rating.
