Project Overview
IDEA Henry Phase 1 is a new two-story campus serving families in the Permian Basin, adding approximately 80,000 sq ft of instructional and student support space. The campus includes high school classrooms, administrative offices, and student spaces, with full site infrastructure: utilities, paving, landscaping, irrigation, and safety systems.
Current Progress
Construction began April 2025 and is on schedule. Crews are actively working on structural systems, building enclosure, and interior finishes including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection.
Community Impact
This $32 million investment will provide Midland students with a learning environment that supports college readiness and career pathways.
