Our Impact

IDEA Jacksonville is ready to engage with the local community, find and develop school sites, and recruit top-notch principals and educators for future IDEA Jacksonville schools. Developing community relationships and partnerships that will enable IDEA to effectively provide a high-quality education to students as they progress along the road to and through college is a top priority for the new region.

In 2022, IDEA Jacksonville will be home to four schools.



By 2022, IDEA will operate more than 200 schools in ten regions educating 100,000 students on their road to and through college. Specific student numbers for Jacksonville will be added to this page in the future.



Since IDEA’s first graduating class in 2007, 100% of our seniors have been accepted to colleges and universities nationwide.


Through small learning groups and daily access to technology, every student learns at the level and speed just right for them.

IDEA Public Schools will participate in 100% in-person instruction for the 2021-22 school year across all regions and states. Due to current state laws, we cannot legally offer a virtual learning option for this school year. If state legislation changes to allow for a virtual option, we will reassess our policies and share updates with families.
