Dr. Asif Padela is joining IDEA Public Schools, bringing with him a deep commitment to educational leadership and equity. He began his career at the Harlem Children's Zone Promise Academy Charter Schools, where he worked tirelessly to help students achieve their personal and academic goals. As a strong advocate for social justice, Dr. Padela has consistently focused on creating inclusive and supportive learning environments that empower students from diverse backgrounds. After earning his Doctorate in Leadership, he expanded his expertise by leading international schools in the United Arab Emirates, fostering academic success and personal growth on a global scale. Throughout his career, Dr. Padela has remained dedicated to championing social justice in education, striving to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and communities worldwide.

Aaron’s career with IDEA Public Schools began in the role of Facilities Manager at the IDEA Rio Grande City campus in 2017 where he was named New Facilities Manager of the Year for the 2017-2018 school year. In April of 2019 Aaron assumed the role of Interim Assistant Principal of Operations at IDEA Rundberg to guide the campus through the final months of the 2019/2020 school year. In July of 2019, Aaron transferred to IDEA Parmer Park where he again assumed the role of Interim Assistant Principal of Operations to help finalize their preparations for the launch of their new campus. After Parmer Park was successfully launched and their new permanent Assistant Principal of Operations had arrived, Aaron was able to transition into the role of founding Assistant Principal of Operations for IDEA Round Rock Tech in August of 2019.
