Dr. Asif Padela is joining IDEA Public Schools, bringing with him a deep commitment to educational leadership and equity. He began his career at the Harlem Children's Zone Promise Academy Charter Schools, where he worked tirelessly to help students achieve their personal and academic goals. After earning his Doctorate in Leadership, he expanded his expertise by leading international schools in the United Arab Emirates, fostering academic success and personal growth on a global scale.
