Austin, TX (October 17, 2018) – IDEA Public Schools will celebrate 6 years of educational excellence in Austin and honor the contributions and achievements of senior leadership, founding students, teachers, and community leaders at a luncheon on Wednesday, October 17.
This academic year, IDEA Austin is serving 4,500 students and 9,000 parents and employs 600 people. IDEA Austin recently celebrated the opening of two new campuses in Kyle and Pflugerville and will break ground on two new campuses this year. IDEA Parmer Park and IDEA Health Professions are slated to open next fall. This year, IDEA Austin will also have their first graduating senior class from IDEA Montopolis.
At the luncheon, attendees will hear from IDEA leadership and founding students, learn more about the impact IDEA Public Schools has had in the Austin community, and hear about the amazing accomplishments of students in Austin.
