Statement from IDEA Public Schools on Supreme Court DACA Case

As the Supreme Court hears arguments today about the legality of ending the program, our IDEA Public Schools Team and Family stands in solidarity with recipients of  the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), including our DACA and Dreamer students, alumni, teachers, and staff. The Court’s decision will have life-changing implications for the over 700,00 DACA recipients, and we hope for a decision that paves the way for the continuation of this critical program. – Tom Torkelson and JoAnn Gama
