Farm Fiesta Salad

Cook Time: 0 minutes
Ingredients:
-1 head of Muir Lettuce
-1 cucumber, washed and sliced into ¼-inch pieces
-2 mangoes, peeled and diced
-1/2 jicama, peeled and diced
-Juice of 1/2 lemon
-2 tbsp fresh dill, washed
-2 tbsp fresh parsley, washed
-1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette
Instructions:
1) Wash and pat dry muir lettuce. Chop leaves into edible-sized pieces.
2) Put lettuce and all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3) Gently toss until dressing evenly coats all ingredients.
4) Enjoy!
