Determine your Child’s Eligibility
To apply, your child must be at least four years of age (for Pre-K lottery) or five years of age (for K lottery) on or before Sept. 1, 2018. Grade availability varies by campus.
You may apply to multiple IDEA schools, and rank campuses by preference. To be included in Lottery, applications must be submitted online, by phone, or at a campus by 8am Jan. 27, 2018. After Lottery, we enroll students on an ongoing basis, as seats are available.

IDEA Public Schools holds a random lottery to ensure equal access for all applicants. IDEA’s Lottery will be held Jan. 27, 2018 at 8am CT. Families will be notified of the outcome via email and phone. Find more information about our lottery here.
Enrollment & Wait List
If accepted, students must accept their offer online and attend registration events to officially enroll at IDEA. If students are not granted a seat, they will be placed on a wait list for the remainder of the 18-19 school year. Find more information about our enrollment and wait list here.
